Does CredifyID support primary source verification and ongoing-monitoring requirements?
Yes. Every verification queries the primary source directly — the state licensing board and the NPPES registry — which is what accreditors recognize for PSV, and Enterprise plans include a full audit trail designed for accreditation reviews. It also helps with the newer ongoing-monitoring rules: NCQA’s 2025 standards (for files processed on or after July 1, 2025) require monthly checks of Medicare/Medicaid exclusions and sanctions — OIG LEIE, SAM.gov, and applicable state lists — for credentialed providers. Our continuous monitoring runs those exclusion checks automatically and date-stamps each one for your file.
Is my data HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. CredifyID operates on HIPAA-ready infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Enterprise plans include a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
What happens when I exceed my verification limit?
Additional verifications are billed at your plan's overage rate ($24/$20/$15 per check). You'll see a warning in the dashboard before you hit the limit. Monitoring checks never count against your verification limit.
